Day 1 - Arrive Nairobi
Arrive in Nairobi where you will be met by our Red Savannah representative and chauffeured to Giraffe Manor where your Kenya safari begins.

Giraffe Manor is perfect for easing into a safari. A peaceful retreat, it has become an icon of Nairobi's historical landscape. Found in the middle of a 140 acre giraffe sanctuary, it is not uncommon to be greeted at breakfast by a resident giraffe, having put its head through the open window. Always keen to be hand fed, these endangered Rothschild giraffe help to produce unforgettable memories.

Overnight: Giraffe Manor.

Day 2 - Nairobi - Laikipia
Transfer on your scheduled flight to the laikipia plateau. Your home for the next four nights is Loisaba Cottage. Situated in a perfect location, set back from the escarpment with spectacular views of Mount Kenya, the surroundings are stunning. Accommodation comprises three double en-suite rooms and one mezzanine with a detached bathroom making it ideal for families. 

Overnight: Loisaba.

Day 3 - Laikipia
Spend the day outdoors game watching, kayaking, quad biking, fishing, the list is endless. The 60,000 acre ranch is home to a huge diversity of game, ranging from elephant, lion and leopard to the rare African wild dog.

Overnight: Loisaba.

Day 4 - Laikipia
Continue your outdoor pursuits. Try a night under the stars in a special 'star bed'. Always a big hit with children or teenagers, these beds are built on handcrafted, raised wooden platforms covered with thatched roofs offering guests a truly wild experience.

Day 5 - Laikipia
You may like to try your hand at riding a camel. If equestrian pursuits are more your style, perhaps take a horse for a canter across the Laikipia Plateau.

Day 6 - Laikipia - Masai Mara
Transfer to the Mara by light aircraft. On arrival you will be met and transferred to Saruni Wild. This deluxe tented camp consists of three fully en-suite tents, one of which is a family tent. Located ten kilometres from the main lodge guests can enjoy their truly authentic tented safari. Decorated with handmade furniture made from native materials, the interiors are spacious and comfortable.

Overnight: Saruni Wild.

Days 7 - 8 - Masai Mara
You will spend the next two days going on Game drives, guided bush walks, visiting local villages and eating meals in the bush.

Day 9 - Masai Mara - Kenyan Coast
Transfer to the south coast. Upon arrival you will be transferred to Kinondo Kwetu. Gently lapped by the warm sea waters of the Indian Ocean, Kinondo Kwetu is a tropical paradise. Located on a private white sandy beach south of Diani, this Indian Ocean beach hotel is the perfect place to unwind after a safari.  

Overnight: Kinondo Kwetu

Day 10 - Kenyan Coast
Relax in the sun and swim in the warm crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean.

Overnight:  Kinondo Kwetu

Day 11 - Kenyan Coast
Choose from an impressive selection of activities including water sports, game drives, sailing, scuba diving, tennis and yoga.

Overnight: Kinondo Kwetu

Day 12 - Kenyan Coast
Relax or get in touch with your cultural side by visiting Kinondo village and learning about the local people and how they live.

Overnight: Kinondo Kwetu

Day 13 - Depart
Depart on your onward international flight home.
