While we recommend Wildfitness for weight loss, that's not necessarily what you'll get since all the exercise will build muscle so you're more likely to lose inches than pounds. Move in skilful yet natural and playful ways to transform your fitness levels and body shape. Daily exercise sessions will include combinations of boxing, running, climbing, swimming, circuits or hiking both on the beach and among the palm groves. By the end of your stay you should be more mobile and flexible, have better stamina and an understanding of the nutrition your body needs to perform at its best.
Wildfitness courses are run by an elite team of fitness professionals with backgrounds in personal training, free diving, sports massage, competitive sprinting, martial arts and more. As well as group sessions several times a day you'll have the benefit of postural and video-assessment of movement plus a one-to-one final assessment at the end of your course.
White Sand Luxury Villas is a perfect complement to a day of Wildfitness with a gorgeous spa area offering an array of soothing treatments as well as steam room and sauna. Therapists use products made from seaweed, coconut and spices grown on Zanzibar.
Wildfitness guests share the five-bedroomed Presidential Villa plus a selection of one and two-bedroomed villas as needed. All have private pools.
