VILLA MAGNOLIE

Villa Magnolie has the great benefit of being a private villa on the estate. It has its own private pool and gardens. Guests can, nevertheless, use all the facilties of the main estate which they can access via a gate in the garden.

Inside the luxurious villa, there's a stylish combination of hand crafted peices and antique furniture and a lovely mix of terracotta, stone and wooden floors. There's a nice indoor living and dining area and a very well put together kitchen with excellent facilties (including dishwasher). Living areas are large and bright. They open up through four sets of french doors onto the villa's pretty private gardens with their swimming pool area and loggia.

The villa takes its name from the striking magnolia trees in the garden and there are olive trees as well, all creating plenty of both sunny and shady spots. The bedrooms on the first floor are all air-conditioned and also come with very good sized and very well put together modern bathrooms. All look out over the spectacular landscape with its hills and olive groves and the gardens below.

• Bedroom 1: Twin beds, ensuite bathroom with shower over bath and double basins
• Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with king size beds, ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, double basins
• Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with king size beds, ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower and double basins
• Bedroom 4: Double bedroom with king size beds, ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower and double basins

In addition there are two independent suites that are available as an extension to the villa and make the total sleeping capacity up to 12 guests.
