Residencia Sa Marina is located in the rugged Tramuntana Mountains overlooking the valley of Palma and the sea beyond.
It is just five minute's drive to Valdemossa, one of Mallorca’s most charming villages. Valdemossa has much to offer. Explore the narrow cobbled streets, lined with enticing cafes, bars and restaurants as they wind up the hillside towards the village's landmark monastery. The Royal Charterhouse of Valldemossa, which began life as a palace built by King Sancho in the early fourteenth century, was later converted into a monastery by Carthusian monks. It is now a popular visitor destination boasting beautiful rose gardens, and a collection of 20th Century paintings by artists such as Miro, Bacon, Picasso and Henry Moore.
Further afield are the much celebrated villages of Deia and Soller whilst Palma is a 30 minute drive.
