We are delighted to introduce for our inaugural journey an exclusive partnership with the acclaimed members-only dining club, Mosimann’s. Every flight on the Grand Tour (except the short morning hop from Dubrovnik to Venice) will feature a sublime meal designed exclusively for the journey by Mosimann’s acclaimed team, bringing to life the exquisite flavors and flair of the destinations on our itinerary. Founded by Anton Mosimann—the Swiss chef responsible for the Dorchester Hotel’s two-Michelin-star rating, and recipient of a Royal Warrant by Appointment to HRH The Prince of Wales for catering - Mosimann’s has been lauded as one of London’s most exceptional private dining experiences.

Dining at Villa Dubrovnik in Croatia

After we’ve met in London, you’ll be able to experience each destination’s culinary scene independently as our guest at one of a carefully compiled list of excellent restaurants. Each has been chosen for its reputation, location and exquisite menus by renowned chefs. So, in Palermo, you could try contemporary Sicilian cuisine at Gagini, in the heart of the city’s Vucciria district; in Santorini, delicious Greek cuisine is accompanied by beautiful caldera views at Selene, while the venerable Quadri, fuses classic Venice with contemporary Philippe Starck on Piazza San Marco. These are just a few of the delicious adventures that await…

Champagne cocktail party

Dining as a party and enjoying the conversation of like-minded people in extraordinary venues is a feature of this Grand Tour of Europe. Amongst many highlights, we’ll enjoy a welcome dinner at London’s Wellington Arch, an evening at a majestic 18th century palace in Palermo, a party at a renowned taverna with caldera views in Santorini, relax in beachside cabanas in the Elaphiti Islands and conclude our journey with a very special masked dinner in Venice. Along the way, we'll be joined for cocktails and dinner by very special guests, including Sir Nicholas Coleridge CBE, former president of Conde Nast International, Chairman of the Victoria & Albert Museum, and co-chair of Her Late Majesty's Platinum Jubilee Pageant; Sir William Russell, recent Lord Mayor of London; Antonino and Liliana Pecoraro, owners of the historic Palazzo Francavilla in Palermo; and members of the Seguso family, owners of the historic glassworks on the Venetian island of Murano.
