Inside, heirlooms reflect the three generations of the same family that have owned the property – comfortable, cosy and just the right amount of rustic. A little lace, floral flourishes and off-white accessories characterise its bedrooms, topped by two treehouses for couples or families wishing to really escape.
Its Michelin-starred restaurant hones in on regional flavours and local ingredients (much organically grown in the kitchen garden), while a delightful terrace, private beach and two pools are ever-alluring. Saint-Tropez will just have to wait until tomorrow.
