When is the Best Time to Visit Antigua?

Antigua is one of the driest and sunniest of the eastern Caribbean islands. It stays warm all year, with temperatures between 26C and 28C (78F – 82F). The weather in Antigua can be loosely divided into three seasons. The dry season runs from December to April, and this time of year offers the coolest temperatures and the least rain. This also when the island is busiest with international visitors. The shoulder season, from May to mid-August, can be slightly wetter, but rain usually comes in short tropical showers. This time of year also offers more attractive prices at villas and resorts. The wettest time of year is September to mid-November. There can be tropical storms at this time, and a small risk of hurricanes.
