Torre Coccaro was built in the 16th century and still has the original olive mill, sheep quarters and pigeon tower; while the grounds incorporate 800-year-old olive groves and ancient almond and carob trees. 36 rooms and suites are dotted amongst the olive trees; built into caves and towers, spilling out onto historic courtyards.

The excellent underground spa and well-equipped private beach club are particular highlights, as are the cookery classes and the range of family-friendly activities including sports and outings. Most of the activities at Torre Coccaro are open to all the family, and the hotel can arrange child care if you need some alone time. There is a private golf course and the masseria provides a delightful base for exploring Puglia.
