Everything invites relaxation, a lush landscaped garden with exotic plants, a slate heated mirror pool surrounded by exotic teak lounge areas, a gurgling fontaine, all surrounded by cactuses. Numerous lounge and living areas all located separately at the end of the garden allows each guest to enjoy their own rhythm and privacy.
ACCOMMODATION
The property is divided into several buildings. The main building dating back to the 14th century is on 3 levels.
GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor you will find a large, modern living area with a fireplace. A view on the garden with direct access to a terrace shaded by a three century old mulberry tree.
The living area leads onto the dining area with a table for 12 guests. A stone water wall trickling in the background gives a modern, sophisticated feel to meals enjoyed inside. From the dining area pass through a professionally equipped, open kitchen, with state-of-the-art appliances. The kitchen leads onto the garden and a covered dining area, again for 12 people, with a gas barbecue.
FIRST
The first floor has an office area equipped with a scanner and printer, and a view over the garden. The master bedroom is ensuite with a bath and shower, hamman and separate toilet. There is a separate dressing room.
SECOND
On the second floor, enjoy views over all of Saint Tropez and the garden from the suite with an Italian shower, dressing room and separate toilet.
GARDEN SUITE 1
Beside the pool house an independent access which leads to another suite with Italian shower and toilets.
GARDEN SUITE 2 & 3
As you pass the aromatic garden, you will discover 2 more double rooms (smaller, and more basic in style) each with Italian shower and toilets. Each has its own independent access from the garden.
Around the heated mirror pool is a natural stone beach with high quality lounge chairs. A summer kitchen and a pool house equipped with a bar is ideal for family entertaining and summer cocktails. The open bar is equipped with an ice machine, a fridge, a sink and a coffee machine. In the basement is a laundry room and wine cellar. There is also a large, air-conditioned dormitory with bunk beds for 6 children or teenagers. There is a TV, DVD so they can enjoy their own entertainment and independence.
