Day 1 Arrive and transfer to Makgadikgadi
Upon arrival in Maun today you will take a short but scenic flight to your highly acclaimed camp overlooking the Makgadikgadi Pan National Park. Set in a private concession overlooking the vast Ntwetwe salt pan, San Camp is a prime base for activities in one of Botswana's most striking natural landscapes.

Day 2 - 3 Activities in the Makgadikgadi Salt Pans
Despite the seemingly arid surroundings, spending time in the Makgadikgadi area brings a diverse range of experiences. From quad biking and riding across the dazzling white landscapes to walks with the Zu/'hoasi Bushmen to learn about their traditional ways of life, you will not be short of activities during your stay. Game drives in the region also offer potential encounters with a surprising variety of wildlife including ostrich, meerkats, lion and the elusive brown hyena.

Day 4 To the Okavango Delta
Bidding farewell to the salt pans, this morning you will take a light aircraft flight northeast to your esteemed lodge in the Okavango Delta. Xigera enjoys an enviable location in the heart of the game-rich Moremi Reserve, surrounded by a teeming network of rivers, lagoons and flooded forest. In addition to a memorable safari experience, exemplary dining, spa relaxation and the opportunity to sleep out in the Baobab Treehouse are just some of the experiences to be enjoyed here.

Day 5 - 6 Okavango experiences from Xigera
A wealth of activities are on offer during your stay at Xigera, from game drives at times of your choosing, mokoro canoe floats along the waterways and memorable meals in the bush. Wildlife is ever-present, from leopards observing proceedings from the branches, lions snoozing in the shade, wild dogs stalking their prey in the long grasses and elephants and zebras traversing the shallow lagoons.

Day 7 To Selinda
Today you will fly north to Selinda and your exclusive camp located in a pristine corner of the private reserve. Selinda has a blissfully wild and undiscovered feel, and your camp - set in an enchanting location overlooking the lagoon - offers just four luxurious suites, delivering one of the most exclusive ways possible to experience the region.

Day 8 - 9 Activities in the Selinda private reserve
Days at Zarafa Camp might begin with a morning game drive in search of cheetah, elephants, wild dogs and leopards, followed by a delicious bush brunch. Enjoy some downtime by the pool before venturing out once more for a leisurely boat safari or fascinating nature walk seeking out the smaller inhabitants of the bush. Round off the day with sundowners while you observe hippos basking in the lagoon as the sky turns vivid orange.

Day 10 Depart
After a final breakfast at camp, fly back to Maun in plenty of time for your onward arrangements.
Option: extend your itinerary by three days to fly to the breathtaking wonder of the Victoria Falls, staying at the fabulous Matetsi Victoria Falls.
