Day 1 Hwange National Park - Zimbabwe
On arrival at Victoria Falls Airport, connect to your scheduled charter flight to Hwange, where you will spend the next three nights at The Hide. The Hide is an exclusive safari camp positioned in
its own private concession right on the boundary of Hwange National Park. Each of the East-African-style canvas and thatch rooms has an en-suite bathroom, private verandah and outdoor bath tub. This intimate camp overlooks a waterhole which animals are drawn to in great numbers, offering spectacular game viewing from the lodge and its renowned hide. There is also a lovely pool for refreshing swims in between game drive adventures.

Day 2 - 3 Hwange National Park
Spend the next two days at leisure enjoying a variety of activities from The Hide. These include game drives and bush walks or simply holing up with your camera and a cooling drink in the eponymous hide, right in front of the camp, watching the huge diversity of game that comes to drink from the waterhole.

Day 4 Hwange National Park - Lake Kariba
Travel by light aircraft to Fothergill Airstrip and transfer by land or boat across Lake Kariba to Changa Safari Camp. Changa Safari Camp is situated on the shores of Lake Kariba in a private three-mile game concession. The accommodation consists of four East African-style canvas-walled rooms, each featuring an en-suite bathroom, indoor shower and an outdoor bath tub. Every room boasts spectacular views of Lake Kariba.

Day 5 - 6 Lake Kariba
Spend the next two days exploring Lake Kariba, enjoying the abundance of game found in the area. Guests are likely to see a variety of antelope species with the possibility of leopard, lion, cheetah, elephant, hippo and crocodile sightings. Relaxing cruises on Lake Kariba are also on offer, as well as guided bush walks with one of the friendly and knowledgeable guides.

Day 7 Lake Kariba - Victoria Falls
Travel by road or boat to Fothergill Airstrip and fly to Victoria Falls, where you will be met and transferred to Victoria Falls Safari Lodge. Set close to the world-famous falls, the lodge overlooks an active watering hole frequented by elephant, buffalo and kudu as well as a rich variety of bird life. All rooms have private balconies with stunning views towards the sunset and the lodge boasts a two-tier swimming pool, fitness room, restaurant and bar.

Day 8 Victoria Falls
Set off with your guide and spend the morning exploring Victoria Falls on foot. Take in each of its 16 viewing points, close enough to feel the full force of the thundering spray and get extremely wet if water levels are high). Return to the lodge for lunch and then, if you choose to take part in the Vulture Culture Experience, you can witness the spectacular sight of hundreds of raptors swooping down to be fed right in front of the lodge. After a rest, head down to the banks of the Zambezi River and board the Ra-Ikane for a cruise on this majestic waterway. Sip a refreshing sundowner against the backdrop of another stunning African sunset.
