Day 1 Arrive in Java
Arrive at Yogyakarta International Airport and transfer to Amanjiwo where you will spend the next three nights. The drive will take around 1.5hours and on arrival you will be able to relax in your luxurious and spacious suite.

Day 2 - 3 Cultural Trails at Amanjiwo
The next two days are at leisure to select which of Aman's cultural trails experiences you would like to do. Options could be guided tours of the infamous Borobudur Temple, hikes in the Menoreh Hills, Javanese blessing ceremonies and a dive into Javanese culture with cooking lessons, script-writing, or traditional dining experiences.

Day 4 Fly to Bali
After a relaxing morning, return to Yogyakarta and visit Prambanan Temple complex before flying on to Bali. Upon arrival in Denpasar you will then be driven 1.5 hours into the lush hills of Ubud with its vibrant town and surrounding rice terraces.

Day 5 - 6 Wellness in Ubud
Two full days at leisure to enjoy the superb wellness facilities at this exceptional health retreat, with plenty of time to discover Ubud's many restaurants, boutiques, shops and galleries or to wander out into the small forest or rice fields to observe the local way of life. Breakfast and dinner are included at COMO Shambhala.

Day 7 Fly to Sumba
An early start as your guide meets you to drive you to the airport for your scheduled flight to Sumba Island. The flight time is just over an hour and you will then be met and driven across Sumba Island in an open-sided jeep to NIHI Sumba. Once at NIHI you can breath in the wild sea air and sip a cocktail as you watch surfers enjoy the resort's world-class break, "Occy's Left".

Day 8 - 11 Relaxing at NIHI Sumba
For the next four days you can enjoy both water and land activities including surfing, fishing, walking and exploring ancient villages. A stable of Sumbanese stallions can be ridden by riders of all levels, or you might prefer to swim with them or take part in equine therapy. The Boathouse is the focal point for all water-based activities and a world class team of watermen will guide you depending on your level of expertise. For those wanting to explore Sumba's interior, there are plenty of options to tease you away from the resort including a picnic under the Lapopu Waterfalls, following butterfly trails and visiting ancient tribal villages. For the more energetic, there is mountain biking, walking and riding. For those planning to return fully rejuvenated, the Spa Safari is a must with a gentle walk to NIHI's private cove and a clifftop bale in which to experience a range of relaxing treatments to the sound of the crashing waves below. Regular yoga classes are held in the communal Creekside Pavilion and for the ultimate well-being experience, you could head to Lapopu waterfall for your own private yoga class accompanied by the sounds of cascading water and bird song. Witness the work of the Sumba Foundation, whose one mission is to improve the well-being of the islanders through education, nutritional support, the digging of wells and the eradication of malaria.

Day 12 Return to Bali
After a leisurely morning, fly back to Denpasar where you will be met and driven the short distance to Jimbaran Bay. Here you can enjoy the final two nights of your holiday at the fabulous Four Seasons Jimbaran.

Day 13 At leisure in Jimbaran Bay
A full day at leisure to enjoy Four Seasons' facilities. Lunch at Sundara beach club is not to be missed and if you tried surfing at NIHI you might like to hone your skills on the break just offshore from Jimbaran Bay.

Day 14 Fly home
Most of today is at leisure until it is time to transfer to the airport in time for your international flight home.
