Absolute Sanctuary

FACILITIES

Absolute Sanctuary is a small resort so classes rarely feel crowded and all the facilities are close together so, while your schedule may be busy, you'll find it easy to get from A to B or pop back to your room when necessary. There are two large yoga halls, a Pilates studio, Wellness Area with massage and other treatment rooms and a large outdoor, heated pool.

PRACTITIONERS

Trainers at Absolute Sanctuary are very well-qualified with many years of experience. As well as being skilled in their fields (whether that be yoga, Pilates or general fitness) they are also extremely personable, fun and motivating.

SLEEPING

Absolute Sanctuary is a small retreat with just 34 rooms and four suites. All rooms have a balcony or small patio area and are simply but attractively furnished. Deluxe Rooms are quite spacious, with seating along one wall and a small desk/dressing table. Suites are larger with a more expansive, Arabian-style seating/lounging area.

EATING

A range of menus and programmes mean that you can choose the right level for you whether that's a fast, a juice detox, or eating from the healthy menu. Mealtimes are a pleasure with a wide choice of dishes and a new superfoods menu full of fresh and flavoursome dishes. All meals are served in the air-conditioned restaurant or on its outdoor terrace. There is also a poolside juice bar with an extensive liquid menu available all day long.
