In tune with true Six Senses style, the resort has been constructed using natural materials, paying heed to principles of sustainability. While it is easy to spend days just gazing out to sea, it is possible to hire a bike, kayak the mangroves or jump on a boat to explore further afield. Beautifully designed PADI-certified diving trips to some of the finest sites in the area can be arranged. The resort is also able to organise excursions around the island where you can volunteer at local schools, help tidy the beaches and visit local fish and lobster farms.
The Six Senses Spa nestles into the hillside and is modelled on a typical Thai village house. The treatment menu promotes local healing practices and incorporates the four elements, while using only naturally and ethically produced spa products.
