ACCOMMODATION

East Winds consists of 30 guestrooms located in thirteen single-storey duplex cottages plus three ocean-view rooms and a suite. The Ocean Front Rooms are right next to the beach, situated in what was once a private residence belonging to the Horlicks Beverage family. The Deluxe Cottages are located in the stunning tropical gardens and offer a spacious and private covered terrace. The Superior Cottages are designed as African rondavels with thatched roofs and are located close to the swimming pool, beach, restaurant, and bars.  All guestrooms and suites come with in-room mini-fridges, coffee makers, a safe, free Internet and offer views of the ocean from private terraces and balconies.

FOR FAMILIES

Children from 8-15 years of age are welcome all year round at East Winds. The resort does not have a Kids Club and has purposely kept the children’s activities low-key and natural (you’ll find no Playstations here). So while there aren’t the extensive facilities for children that other more family-orientated resorts might offer there is plenty of fun to be had kayaking, paddle-boarding, snorkelling and sailing…or simply splashing around in the pool and sea.
