Maison Les Baux

Set within a large garden filled with ancient trees and shaded corners the muted hues of the villa give a calm, contemporary feel, yet the rough stone walls and exposed beams still retain the charm of a Provencal mas. The main house comprises four bedrooms, three bathrooms and large open-plan, communal seating and dining spaces. There is a separate kitchen area and pantry.

In the same style, the smaller guest house, which sits alongside the main property has one bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen and cosy salon with two sofas, one which can convert into a sofa bed for younger children.

Outside, the large fenced and gated pool and sunbathing terrace are surrounded by a sea of green and an ancient olive grove with enticing seating areas scattered amongst the trees.

Beyond the grounds it is a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Les Baux and a short drive to the villages of Maussane-les-Alpilles and St Remy de Provence.
