VILLA JASMINE

Villa Jasmine is a villa created for entertaining. Set in mature landscaped gardens the house and pool terrace are designed to make the most of the spectacular 180 degree sea view across Avlaki Bay. The large L-shaped infinity pool has a separate pool house and outdoor kitchen with barbecue, a dining terrace seating up to 24 guests, two further dining terraces and separate outdoor seating. 

With an abundant vegetable garden and fruit orchards providing seasonal produce for the kitchen, managed by the resident cook in high season, guests are in for a gastronomic treat.

Ensuring everyone is entertained there is even a children’s small playground to occupy the younger generation.

• Bedroom 3: Double bed (2m x 1.8m) with en suite shower room, opens onto side terrace, TV and Safe. 
• Bedroom 4: Twin with two separate beds (2m x 1m), TV, en suite shower room and sea view. 
• Bedroom 5: (Separate access), Double bed (2m x 1.8m), en suite shower room, kitchenette, TV, single sofa bed, view to side terrace
• Media room with children's play area
• Laundry room

SEPARATE YURT

• Bedroom 6: A full-size heated yurt with en suite bathroom is located in the garden providing additional accommodation for two guests. Situated below the lower terrace/pool. Double bed (2m x 1.8m), shower room, desk area, TV, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, separate small sea view terrace and seating (air con & ceiling fan).
