Villa Thea

A short 25-minute walk from the villa, the harbour of San Stefano is the perfect place to hop on a boat and explore the coastline or sample freshly caught fish and local specialities in one of the waterfront tavernas. Backed by verdant countryside, the calm pebble beaches of Kalami, Kouloura and Kerasia are all within a 10-minute drive. The sweeping bay of Avlaki with its summer water sports is also close by. 

Across both levels of the villa, contemporary design is softened by natural textures and a muted palette that reflects the surrounding landscape. The open-plan living and dining spaces are bright and airy and form the heart of the house, opening directly onto shaded terraces and outdoor lounges designed for long, lingering hours. A cinema room with neon-lit bar adds a playful contrast to the calm daytime atmosphere, while a gym and treatment room offer quiet moments of restoration. 

Each of the six bedrooms is en suite, offering privacy and comfort in equal measure. The rooms follow the same design as the rest of the villa – light-filled and quietly luxurious – making them easy places to retreat at the end of the day. With a layout that encourages both togetherness and privacy, the house is well suited to families or groups of friends.

• Bedroom 6: Super-king double. En suite shower room. Sea view and access to outdoor terrace with private seating shared with Bedroom 5.
