Perched on the hill overlooking the glistening Tyrrhenian Sea the property is ideally located for those who enjoy being able to step out of the house and visit the local beach for a morning dip or visiting local restaurants, both within walking distance from the villa. The town of Praiano is also only 1 km away, so easily accessible, and from here you can also begin the world-famous Path of the Gods walk or pick up a boat from the jetty and explore more of the coast.
The property itself has been designed immaculately to provide a true oasis within this bustling coastline, the spa with an additional indoor pool has been beautifully designed and is a focal point of the property. It’s a perfect addition in the mid-season for those who are able to visit at different times of the year and enjoy a quieter experience.
From every terrace and bedroom the views are truly majestic, however, not settling with just the views the interiors have been designed with local artisan pieces and pops of vibrant colours to create a lovely atmosphere throughout.
