Villa Orizzonte

A 150 sqm panoramic terrace stretches out over the lake, offering a front-row vantage point to some of Lake Como’s most celebrated sights – from the wooded slopes of Balbianello’s private estate to the postcard-perfect form of Isola Comacina. A hot tub and an infinity pool provide front row seats to watch the quiet bustle of this iconic lake.

For those wishing to head down to the water’s edge, a private buggy is available, giving easy access to the owner’s restaurant, hotel, and private pier – just a few minutes away. Villa Orizzonte combines the best of both worlds: the privacy and space of a private villa with the elevated services typically found in a boutique hotel.

The interiors are flooded with light thanks to walls of glass that frame the landscape like living artworks. The open-plan kitchen and living room encourage relaxed, sociable days, while a lake-facing sauna and gym offer private wellness with a view. The main living space is open-plan and airy, with an emphasis on flow – between kitchen, sitting area and terrace.

Four of the villa’s five bedrooms have lake views, allowing guests to wake each morning to the glittering surface of Lake Como. The fifth bedroom is more understated, perfect for teenagers or staff. The gym and sauna continue the villa’s harmony with the outdoors, offering yet another opportunity to soak in the landscape while recharging in calm, private surroundings.
