Borgo Rinato

Eight master suites are located across the property, each air-conditioned and with spacious bathrooms featuring tubs and/or luxury showers. Each room is exquisitely scented, with several terraces or balconies, and cosy fireplaces for the cooler months.

The central living area features a 4m high stone fireplace, as well as dining and relaxation space. A professional kitchen is the domain of the private chef, included for all meals, working with local ingredients including from the estate’s own orchards, gardens and olive groves.

On-site facilities include a fully equipped gym, tennis court, a 32m swimming pool (can be heated), games room and miles of surrounding pathways to explore. There’s also a spa with sauna, Jacuzzi and massage area.

A curated collection of private artwork and sculpture can be found at the property, including works by Italian artists Matteo Pugliese and murals by Pixel Pancho.

ACCOMMODATION

This property is best described as what Italians call a "borgo" meaning hamlet. There is the main structure surrounded by four towers each with large, unique bedrooms.

BEDROOMS:

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

• Bedroom 1 – Il Mastio: ante-room with sofa bed and fireplace, en suite bathroom with dual vanity, walk in shower and a bathtub. Climb a set of stairs to the Master suite with king bed (1.8m x 2m) on the upper floor. Further stairs lead to the rooftop.
• Bedroom 2 & 3 – Il Granaio: this combination of bedrooms is ideal for families. On entering, the bathroom on the left features dual vanities, two open showers and two wc's. This bathroom is for the room with two queen beds, ideal for 4 children or teens. Through a small passage with stairs leading down to the cinema room, cross into the master bedroom with king bed (1.8m x 2m) that looks out in the direction of the sea. This room has its own en suite with a walk in shower, dual vanities and a terrace with sun loungers.
• Bedroom 4 – Torre del Mare is located to the left of the pool with large stones as steps to the main door. The bathroom with dual vanity, walk-in shower and jacuzzi bathtub are on this entrance floor. Up a flight of stairs is the king bed (1.8m x 2m) and a sitting area with views out towards the sea. The bedroom also has a rooftop accessed from external stairs.
• Bedroom 5 – Torre del Giglio is a further family suite located off the gym. The king bed (1.8m x 2m) has an en suite with long, black stone sink, walk in shower and a separate, square deep sunken tub. There's a fireplace and up a flight of stairs is the queen bed (1.6m x 2m), a couch and a bathroom with a sink. Stairs from the upper bedroom lead outside to the rooftop. 
• Bedroom 6 – Torre della Monache is located on the backside of the main structure with views of the Tuscan countryside. It has a king bed (1.8m x 2m), fireplace, en suite with dual vanity and walk in shower and access by a flight of stairs to the rooftop.
• Bedroom 7 & 8 – Le Vecchie Stalle is close to Torre della Monache and another perfect family set up. Enter through the main door into a room with two twin beds ideal for two young people then cross into the bathroom. Here you will find a tub, long stone sink and walk in shower. On the other side is the king bedroom (1.8m x 2m) with fireplace countryside views.
