The five bedrooms, arranged across three levels, are connected by an interior staircase, with several offering private exterior entrances. The accommodation is flexible, with one king bedroom and four queen bedrooms (three of which can be converted into twins), as well as additional sleeping for children. All five bathrooms are simply finished, four with bathtubs, and the villa is fully air-conditioned for comfort during the warmer months. The villa has a washer and a dryer.
Beyond the living room’s large glass doors lies the covered loggia and saltwater swimming pool, perfectly positioned to capture the long Tuscan sunsets. Outdoor pleasures abound: a wood-burning pizza oven, gas barbecue, regulation bocce court, and ping pong table make this an ideal home for families and groups of friends. Guests can explore the estate’s woodland walking paths, meeting the resident donkeys, chickens, and rare Mangalitsa pigs, or enjoy wine tastings in the villa’s private cellar – where the estate’s own vintages and olive oil are available for purchase.
