VILLA PEDEMONTANA

Back at the villa, everything is designed with relaxed, indoor-outdoor living in mind. The open-plan layout and floor-to-ceiling glass doors create a light-filled space that draws the eye out to the villa’s serene gardens. A shaded pergola just outside the kitchen is a natural gathering spot, perfect for long al fresco lunches and summer evenings enjoying delicious Tuscan cuisine. The villa’s interiors are characterised by a soft palette of creams, subtle grey accents, and crisp whites, setting a calming tone.

The villa’s single-level main house is an inviting, uncluttered space with three ground-floor bedrooms, each opening directly onto the garden. Downstairs, the villa includes an additional bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a laundry room, and even a cinema room and billiard table. An adjacent guesthouse offers even more flexibility, with three additional bedrooms, including a bunk room for four children. A comfortable living area in the guesthouse and easy access to the pool and gardens makes this a great space for families or self-contained groups.

• Fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer
• Living room with large cinema screen and a billiard table
• Wine room where guests can leave payment for bottles consumed

GUEST HOUSE

• Bedroom 5: King bed (1.8m x 2m can be split), bathroom across the hall with walk-in shower
