The Barn sits 150 metres away, offering a further five en-suite bedrooms and a separate living and dining area. Its interiors are equally expressive – a sculptural African wood coffee table, sage-toned industrial kitchen, and bedrooms that echo the thoughtful design found in the main house. The barn-like outbuilding beyond transforms into a gym or dinner space as needed. While the surrounding gardens are still young, the setting is peaceful, private, and utterly captivating.
Facilities on the estate are considerable: a covered outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, vegetable garden and wine fridge, in addition to a gym fitted with reformer Pilates, a climbing wall and multifunctional training equipment. The infinity pool – heated on request – makes the most of the uninterrupted views, while the tennis and basketball court offers further entertainment. Guests are looked after by a team including a chef (for breakfast and one daily meal), butler, housekeeping staff and a gardener. A yoga teacher, massage therapist and personal trainer can also be arranged on request.
The nearby town of Magliano is a short drive, and the coast – along with the ports for day trips to Giglio and the Tuscan archipelagos are within easy reach.
