VILLA XI

VIlla Xi is a veritable testimony to modern design, where the emphasis has been on creating a stylish, cool space for guests who like to entertain, and be entertained. Nestled under the pines on the hillside above Cala Jondal beach, the private 10 acres of grounds afford sea views through a gap in the trees and a sense of seclusion and tranquillity rarely found in one of the most desirable spots across Ibiza.

The interiors of the villa feature soothing modern design, a sleek Scandinavian style finish that blends with features more akin to an Indonesian getaway. Panelled flooring, and large open-plan living spaces, that lead directly into the grounds and terraces, a bar and large gym are on offer in the main house, whilst many of the large bedrooms feature outdoor, Balinese style showers, and tropical shrubs.

• Bedroom 4: Master bedroom - King bed (1.8m x 2m) with en suite bathroom with bath, hammam and outdoor shower. 

BASEMENT

• Bedroom 5: King bed (1.8m x 2m) with en suite bathroom with shower, private terrace.

POOL HOUSE BEDROOMS - with independent access

• Bedroom 6: King bed (1.8m x 2m) with en suite bathroom with circular bath and outdoor shower, private terrace.
• Bedroom 7: King bed (1.8m x 2m) with en suite bathroom with shower, private terrace.

Living & kitchen area. Small swimming pool.

There is also a 3 bedroom casita with small private pool located 20 metres walk from Villa Xi. It can accommodate up to four additional guests. Please note the bedrooms are smaller than in the main villa. Please enquire for prices.
