Casa Serra

The heart of the villa is the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, which opens onto two terraces: one gazing out to sea, the other to the mountains. Days here tend to drift between the pool, shaded dining areas, and a candlelit BBQ area where evenings stretch out with local wine and stories. With private gated grounds full of fruit and olive trees and quiet corners, there's always space to retreat - or gather.

Home to several renowned restaurants on the island and a weekly artisan market, the picturesque village of Deia is just a 12-minute walk away. Cala Deia with its crystal-clear waters and pebble beach is a 45-minute walk from the villa or 10 minutes by car. Surrounded by the UNESCO-listed Tramuntana mountains, the area is also a paradise for walkers, with countless scenic hiking trails to explore. The nearby towns of Valldemossa and Soller are well worth visiting and are within a 30-minute drive.

• Bedroom 4: Master double bedroom and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Private terrace. 

STUDIO APARTMENT  

• Studio apartment with a double bed and sitting area with two single sofa beds ideal for children under 12 years old. En suite bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower. 

Please note all bedrooms have double beds and cannot be made up with twin beds.
