Taking you back in time, this 18th century finca has been lovingly restored to provide a comfortable and welcoming space whilst preserving its Mallorquin heritage and several exclusive art pieces by local artists can be found throughout the house and gardens. The property comprises a main house with 7 bedrooms situated over 3 floors and a further 5 bedrooms located in separate guest houses each with private terraces. The bedrooms are spacious with mahogany furniture and beamed ceilings and all with en suite bathrooms which are modern and bright. Original stone walls and floors can be seen throughout the interior of the house creating an attractive feature. Guests can relax in the living room and several other indoor lounge areas and there is a dining room with table to accommodate up to 14 people. With a delicious buffet breakfast included in the rental rate, the house features a professional kitchen for chef use only. Lunch and dinner can also be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability. There is also a second kitchen for guest use.
Stepping outside, guests will find an oasis with verdant gardens beautifully landscaped and towering palms. Several covered seating areas along with a pool bar and barbecue encompass the curved swimming pool offering the perfect respite from the warm Mediterranean sun. The covered outdoor dining pavilion can seat 26 guests and is the perfect spot for leisurely alfresco meals.
For those who want to keep on top of their fitness regime, the villa has a gym located within a separate garden room, a short walk from the pool. Massage treatments can also be arranged in the adjacent wooden wellness studio for an additional cost.
