Inside, there is a bohemian influence without feeling overly styled. Rugs and layered cushions bring warmth to the living spaces, and the stone-walled terraces give the outdoor areas a grounded, traditional feel.
The kitchen is particularly striking: generous in size, fitted with state-of-the-art appliances, and framed by a large window overlooking the gardens. A covered dining terrace creates an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living, with garden views accompanying long breakfasts and slow evening suppers.
The bedrooms are arranged across the main house and two independent casitas which sit separately within the gardens, each with its own private terrace. These spaces work beautifully for guests wanting additional privacy, whether travelling with extended family or friends. From the first-floor seating terrace, the landscape becomes the focal point with layered mountain scenery, village rooftops and orchards stretching into the distance.
The surrounding area is one of Mallorca’s most atmospheric corners. Fornalutx with its honey-coloured houses, cobbled streets adorned with bougainvillea and peaceful square filled with cafes is just a 13-minute walk away. The enchanting town of Soller lies around 35 minutes’ walk away, offering an excellent choice of shops and restaurants. The impressive Iglesia de Sant Bartomeu can also be found in the main square. From here, the historic Soller tram makes its way through the countryside down to Port de Soller with its sandy beach and lively promenade.
