Just 30 minutes from Palma and a short 10-minute drive to Valldemossa, the setting combines calm and tranquillity with easy access to Mallorca’s most beguiling corners. The narrow, cobbled streets of Valldemossa wind up the hillside towards the Carthusian Monastery and are lined with an abundance of cafes, bars, restaurants and local shops to explore. A little further afield are the much-celebrated villages of Deia and Soller. 

Although very modern and minimalist in style, the six-bedroom villa carries centuries of history and the original olive press found in the living room provides a reminder of its agricultural past. With vaulted ceilings in marés sandstone, lime-rendered walls, exposed beams, and handmade ceramics, it has been restored with an exceptional level of craftmanship. A neutral palette runs through the villa, with sun-baked tones echoing the landscape outside. The contemporary kitchen opens onto a courtyard planted with native flora. Six en suite bedrooms span two floors with artisanal pieces and soft linens, creating a restful, uncluttered rhythm. There are two ground-floor master suites, with one opening onto the terrace, while the four first-floor bedrooms offer sweeping views of the countryside.

Guests can spend their days floating in the sea-facing infinity pool, playing tennis, or reading in the dappled light beneath the trees. The property also features a home cinema, gym, wine cellar, and multiple alfresco lounging and dining spaces.
