TREATMENTS AND ACTIVITIES
Working with the renowned Clinique de Genolier, created by the anti-aging pioneer Professor Jacques Proust, La Réserve Genève Hotel takes a serious approach to stopping the hands of time. All advice is tailored to the individual and personalised regimes are designed for lasting results.
Programmes are worked out on the basis of what you need to achieve, balancing exercise with healthy eating and including any functional therapies (such as osteopathy) you may benefit from.
The team includes doctors, osteopaths and trained physical therapists who have many years' experience in hospitals and independent surgeries as well as qualified massage therapists.
The beautiful Nescens Spa comprises a sizeable pool, several treatment rooms, a hammam, sauna and an extensive gym. In addition, Café Lauren serves healthy meals throughout the day for those following a nutritional regime.
There is also a large outdoor pool, popular with families, and tennis courts as well as a beautiful vintage motor boat for shuttles across the lake and into town.
La Réserve Genève Hotel feels smaller than the 73 rooms and 29 suites would suggest, perhaps due to the fact that rooms are distributed over several buildings, many with balconies/terraces and others with large picture windows. There's a complimentary soft drink mini-bar in each room and films on demand.
There's certainly no lack of choice at La Réserve Genève with five eateries to choose from. Of most interest to Zen guests will be Café Lauren, the dedicated spa restaurant which serves a healthy menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
For those not on a strict diet, Tse Fung offers Chinese fine dining with an outdoor terrace, Le Lodge serves relaxed lunches and dinners by the pool, The Bar is just off the hotel lobby with a terrace overlooking the grounds and lake and Le Loti is perfect for Sunday brunch or fine dining in the evenings.
