Bordered by the dramatic backdrop of the Alpine foothills, Villa Ninfea is located in the small but picturesque town of Laglio, overlooking the serene waters of Lake Como. The property has its origins in the 19th century and was subsequently restored by Grand'Officer Alfredo Traversi, a Knight of the Italian Crown.
The Lake Como villa has been recently refurbished, providing a comfortable and welcoming home, whilst uncovering and preserving many of the original features including stained-glass windows and seminato marble flooring. Shops and restaurants can be found within a short walk while the popular towns of Como and Bellagio can be reached in a 20 minute drive. Ninfea comes with a traditional wooden motor boat which can be chartered at an additional charge.
